I don’t think that the investors who put money into the CR are traders. Most of them, including myself, put money in to further fund the project.
With the benefit of hindsight, I would do it again!
Imagine if they ran dry now, having to raise money now at 15c. We would have needed to dilute 2.5x as much as back then. It was and remains a masterstroke. Sure people looking for a quick buck would be frustrated, but I think those kind of people shouldn’t participate in any cap raise.
