Quite simply Brighty there have been less buyers recently everywhere (not so much more sellers) markets are nervous, its tax time, there's just not as much confidence around at the moment, buyer/ seller ratios change all the time according to sentiment and we`ve hit a general patch where buyers are standing aside, so sellers if they want out have to take what they can get..nothing wrong with the opportunity here just that sentiment is very poor.
