anyone good with finance? isn't it a bit rich to assume someone is gonna fund 550m worth of plant and TNG will just assume the opex the person that builds it is gonna charge...
approx 60m annual opex instead of fronting 550m upfront...
i bet if you added the 550m capex and got rid of the opex the project financials would be terrible... increase payback period, lower IRR and NPV would drop dramatically
