Dear old Gard's.......My mail is that the witnesses that did take the stand were sufficient for MMX to be "confident of a successful outcome"....you like to bang on about witnesses not taking the stand.....only 2 I believe chose not to do so.... a former director of chm (barnes) and Grim....Wake up and smell the roses old chap.....Harbinger invested another $12 million after analising the court case thus far...All other major holders still on board and the SP has gone ahead leaps and bounds on good volumes.......Chm has had a couple of dumped pumps and when all said and done gone nowhere......even after Barnesy settled for $6 mill...and he is the main villain!!!!....Think, for a moment...Just maybe the market is telling you something......Are you Listening??? or going blindly on believing a penny dreadful stock ..that nobody is buying..is about to win a huge settlement???? pigs might fly!!!
Before you cast stones at MMX consider chm's past...Fraudulently and Illegally listed....Unfunded....investors in IPO mislead...criminally convicted director and ceo.......
The whole history of chm is one of fraud and criminal activity by the powers within it!!! Get out of this sorry entity while you still can....
