Several posters have gone to great length to point that out .
It's tough to compete with the official dogma though , so it doesn't get noticed much.
Make no mistake though, the Russians have shown they are good at fighting and destroying places just as well, but usually for incursions on their territory or on the boundary which is why they can get a bit vicious.
