I agree with LongGrasser for another reason.
Why would APA sell the plant before the solids removal system is installed. It might be all that's needed to lift output to nameplate and restore value of the plant as a 68Tj producer. Assuming the solids removal system has been bought and paid for it would be a serious management blunder for APA to sell out lowball now.
