I honestly cannot see anything in those announcements .

Possibly the words "market and sell in collaboration with ......" but if you go to both AWS and NVidia.....they say that on the partner pages so all ROC have done is replicate it.

I think FullMoonFever has hit it on the head with the reference to being pulled up on marking sensitive etc but i am guessing as he has said that this is learning process for many companies who have not encountered this before and are unsure where the line gets crossed.

Hopefully we get ANNC today
