    It looks like it was done to keep a lid on the SP for accumulation purposes. You'll see that as soon as the SP got a sniff above 0.54 a sell order for 712 shares at 0.54 or 0.535 would occur and then the sell orders at 0.54 would be gobbled up. Someone trying to accumulate by stealth and on the cheap.
