SpyV, I don't think that court case is such a big deal. It's not a huge amount of money. If it went the wrong way, TNG would probably appeal. They are pretty confident it won't go the wrong way.
I think it's more a case of getting the Chinese on board. They were working hard on this late last year.
I think they have the projects. 2010 could be a rip snorter. When this thing goes, it will really go. The metals market looks awfully good for us !! Are we back in 2003? Has that feel to it.
