A bit of falling knife action today. Jeez that was ugly. All as a result of delays in burns results I am guessing. Very frustrating when it appears from currently treated patients it has proven outstanding even on chronic infections previously not responding to other treatments. So good that unfortunately the trial hospital now appears to be holding it in reserve for worst case infections and nothing we can do to change that.
