I haven't watched yet, because my wife prefers another program, but I have it is on video.
But I have been of the opinion for some time that, for a very dry continent, we are very wasteful, especially in the cities (and not excluding rice and cotton farmers), of our meagre water resources.
We ie ordinary citizens, have to learn to use our water resources wisely and not just rely on governments to just build dams etc..
