All of this looks great to me.
So sophisticated investors are happy to throw more money at W2V & every shareholder has the chance to average down & buy more shares in the SPP. Fantastic.
Amos has said in the past, "to support more growth, we need cash." Considering the initial phase was only 5,000 cards, let's hope some of this money raised will achieve its goals & expand that product line.

Let's review what we have so far.
We have a management team that doesn't want to dilute holders too much (probably because they're holders themselves).
BOD/management put their money where their mouth is & help buy up some of these new shares & hopefully lock some of them away in the T20.
A protected IP & a fast growing customer base with increased revenue going forward quarter on quarter, plus an expanded product line with the new debit card. Hopefully, more to come!
I eagerly await the next ann & for the fundamentals to kick in. This is fast becoming my new favourite stock on the ASX.
