FE on SMM !
Supportive of FE:
- Stockpiles of FE across China continue to decline
- Steel prices, both Rebar and HRC increasing in price ~1.5 & 2.31%
- Freight prices continue to decline
- India, Ukraine and Russia have basically removed 5mt pm of FE from the market
- Rate reductions, infrastructure spending in China
Are we seeing a rotation into commodities away from financials as many in the market are worried that higher rates are going to sink the market?
