I can't believe that somebody with your intelligence can't understand an announcement which states that they will be aiming to produce 5 mtpa in 5 years means that in year 5 they will be producing 5 mtpa!!

Give me a break and don't treat me like a fool.

Nowhere does it say that they are aiming for 25 million tonnes in 5 years. If fact they quite speifically say ramping up production fron 480kt in year 1 to 960kt in year 2 to 3million tonnes/annum in year 3 and 5 million tonnes/annum in year 5.

What is so hard to work out from that statement?

If you think that the deal is so dodgy, as you obviously do, then dont invest and move on. Simple as that!!
