No, PapaDoggie. It is an offer of some 31,000,000 shares to Creat, the Chinese company that recently got 6,000,000 of them at that price. This is the (I believe) 19% partner of GXY in China.

I believe that they will not just dump the shares (and let's face it, how could they dump that many (and why would they, since the sp is bound to head skywards once the mine and processing plants are operational later this year) anytime soon.

Again, this has all been divulged to the market already. To me, the fact that GXY found that backing in order to make a dream into a reality separates it from the flock of "emerging" producers. This one, at least, is going to emerge.
