Motors you should phone IMP on 02-9251 1846 and ask why you didn't receive your papers in the mail.
    I have received mine ok.

Yes, it is interesting, as you say, that Macquarie have evaluated IMP as going to be conservatively worth more than 1 cent in less than 22 months time, based on this announcement today (12/1/2010), as i quote below:

    "100 m December 22, 2012 @ $0.011; and
    100 m December 22, 2012 @ $0.012.
In addition, also as a component of the bridging facility, the Company will seek shareholder approval to issue the following options to Macquarie Bank:
    100 m December 22, 2011 @ $0.008; and
    100 m December 22, 2011 @ $0.009; and
    100 m June 22, 2012 @ $0.010"

I guess, if they figure they should be able to exercise 100 million options by 22 December @ .009, then they must figure that the shares will be worth at least 1 cent sometime between this year and 22 December 2011.

In which case, those who get their complement of shares on offer now of .0052 could enjoy a nearly 100% profit over about 22 months, if Macquarie Bank's calculations are right.

Interesting, to think about the thinking and prepared risk calculations of Macquarie Bank on this one ...together with the fact that they have provided the full $38mil bridging loan for the nice "cash-cow" acquisition ...without requiring another partner company as extra capital supporting collateral, against the loan.
