The Cash cost for AVO is $458 plus Royalty of $134 so real cash cost is $592
Where AVO is smart is putting a cash component of $0.65 per DIO share and the effect of this is that there offer value is not as volatile as RMS which is 100% script.
At current market price AVO at 1.97 values DIO at $1.29 whereas RMS at $0.60 values DIO at $1.26.
AVO have Pala that can hold up their price and suppress RMS price and I believe that is what is happening.
