I think some of us are not factoring in the partial reasons for the MMX share price rise.Apart from iron ore price rise itself, which has been substantial, the near trebling of JACK HILLS would have had a major influence on value and outlook, regardless of any court case. Even a worst case scenario for MMX(say $3hundred million)would only be a temporary glitch. Cash and shares, or shares only, will be forgotten in twelve months or so. If there was no CHM monkey on their back (I believe)MMX could easily be$5 now. If, in the unlikely event that CHM get nothing, MMX will take off(I believe.) Regarding pumping,dumping,most small cap stocks are. One thing the stock market teaches the unwary. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED, "nothing is always what it seems."
