I am unsure. Going by the announcement it would appear if capital costs are included in Royalty as it is the only qualification to the Cash cost. Like all numbers and statistics they can be manipulated to show anything you want.
I am very suspicious of the goings on here as in my view RMS is seriously undervalued and should be trading between $0.65 and $0.70 based on latest announcement with further upside when they mill first months stoping.
