surely they would be wholesale reinsured themselves so it won't necessarily be a wipe out financially.
that and wouldn't the increase in rates increase refinancing and for those above 80% lvr you'd see a rush of newly paid LMI through the door for refinanced loans? So theyll be double dipping on existing mortgage holders?
hold BEN too a small parcel and theyre all certainly being smashed. Might be a case like last time they said banks would be defaulted out to the moon and we hardly saw an uptick
