there are many options and the only limitation is your imagination. until the situation arises if you were to spend your time imagining the outcome and determine the issues you may be concerned with. to put it simply there are no rules but the interested party would be endeavouring to procure it as cheaply as possible whereas your desire would be to maximise your return.
