Not AZL specific, sentiment driven. Lithium/EV stocks lead the downturn and have already been absolutely smashed from all time highs. Market now joining the down party, however it can only go down so much further given it already screams value. Price of lithium carbonate still 452,500 yuan (US$67.5K) and has been trending up. With 320,000 LCE that’s an equation that you just can’t quite fathom (and will increase immensely once BLM approved).
if we produce 20,000 LCE/annum @ $30k = $600m PER YEAR In $USD.
there is so much fat in the price and so much potential.
Li stocks lead the downturn, already been smashed, and will lead the upturn. When this sentiment changes you better want to be in cause it’ll play catch up, and fast. Go AZL
