I agree with everything except for one point - with a history of low volume trades, swing and day traders have definitely impacted Biota - fine good luck to them - this is the way the market works.

There are not enough institutional holders/support at the moment to bolster the Biota stock price from this wild drop.

I agree that management has the most to answer for. At the moment, their main problem is that they do not know how to sell the message. They are not even trying.
