Consider one syndicate by name Regal invested xxxx in a project. This pot will have many characters with in. It could be Tom, Dick and Harry. Let's call this syndicate as "LAGER"
"LAGER" After a while said their project is worth 20x their investment and sold it on ASX. Their investment still is only xxxx as original input.
"LAGER" knows the whole plot that is preplanned. "LAGER" sells now on market and starts collecting $$. Probably their average is 10c. 10 times investment.
"LAGER" now as pre planned gets shares at 5c. Now out of the funds collected by selling earlier at 10X, they pay for the CR @ 5c. Yes this money does go to the company for its functioning. Where did this come from ?
Please read quietly and understand the gimmick. This will repeat. If company really performs, you may make your money. If they go Kaput, it is your money.
