Whilst I am firmly committed and believe in CHN management, I question the logic of the $100 million cap raise recently. We had a MRE # 2 just around the corner and a scoping study in Q3, in addition to about $50 million in bank. Surely, it would have more prudent if CHN management had waited for the announcement of the MRE#2 and the scoping studying (both announcements would have driven up the SP), before tapping the market for more $100 million. Doing o a cap raise at a 10% discount, drive the SP to $6 per share and then the manipulators came in and drive the share price even lower. There is also an interesting article. published today which might have spooked people further into selling.
