You are deluded and you lack very basic accounting acumen.

Mogul is now in a death spiral and will need to perform a share consolidation very soon.

You can’t raise at a discount when your SP is .1 of a cent.

The business has no clear definitive business plan or path to break even let alone profitable.

Holders will need to make a decision imminently as to whether they are happy to continue to hold with very high chance of administration or sell now at a large loss and preserve what little capital they have left.

Gernot is not stupid and he and other directors will not risk their personal assets by trading whilst insolvent. The auditor will include their comment next 4C that the business is in danger of not continuing as a going concern.
