Its not easy,thats for sure.I was about to purchase a small lifestyle block with a nice home in the central north island(4 acres)Had the contract in hand and was just waiting to hear back from my solicitor before i signed the dotted line.Thank goodness i didn't.
I can't imagine where that would have ended up!Back to where we are now and it seems to me the right thing to do is let this down turn run its course and let the numbers do the talking.This is not advice and im talking on a personal level.Its not easy.
