    Vonex expects significant ongoing recurring revenue from the opportunity predominantly from licensing fees, hardware and call carriage.

    In addition, Vonex will charge a one-off fee for the software development and an ongoing monthly management fee for the platform.

    This makes Vonex significantly more attractive for takeover deals... increasing ARR with CBA's telcom provider is a massive vote of confidence.
