Good or bad to borrow money against equity to purchase an investment property.
Iam thinking to use the built up equity in my own home as a
"Deposit" to borrow the entire amount for my first investment property- I do not intend to use any cash Deposit.Preferably the loan should be interest-only with a fixed rate of interest.
