    I agree with your comments with "watching the SP". However, everyone is going to have a different perspective, one influence is how long an investor has held (I make no claim to be the longest holder here, I'm about 18 months). I agree with opportunities need to be seized but at this point I can only see that relating to land/lease opportunities.
    Soon to have all leases HBP which is all we need in order to meet the companies goal in revaluing the land for potential sale. Any delays with drilling more wells which I believe has been indicated also means a little less spending and more money in the bank. Some here have been talking about dividends and buy-backs etc... It is too soon for any of that but the ability to minimise the SOI from the options will be the most cost effective investment (buy-backs, dividends) by BRK when you compare reducing SOI at a higher SP.
    I said this before but every effort should be made to prevent a debt company being you #1 top holder. Tell me what are your thoughts on CPS being our top shareholder?
