Oh, and the bit about the pamphlet 'advises young adults about finding the illegal substance that suits their personality type' is flat out wrong, despite it shooting around the internet and media and being requoted.
(And I couldn't find that on the ABC website, even though they often don't check their sources maybe they did this time.)
It's an anti-drug pamphlet warning young people about the harmful effects of drugs and letting them know what to do if someone suffers these harmful effects.
Explains a lot how so many lies become truths - just repeat something often enough - and never check the source!
