The govt won't stop permitted U mining
Just look at the situation they have put themselves in the east with the LNG companies and not being allowed to tear up export contracts.
The Fed govt screams about sovereign risk- what about risk due to govt ineptness and stupidity!
We are fortunate in the west that the state govt had the vision to seal up 15% of the production for domestic use.
