I think that’s a big harsh, I have found DB’s leadership to be quite upfront and truthful. He has not over promised anything.
He let the media know that a submission to the FDA was sent out and we are waiting for their final response. I am sure they are currently negotiating with the FDA in terms of a supply timetable and future access.
