Is the share price manipulation potentially by the Korean Consortium? The 16.05.22 anouncement suggests under revised framework, KCF will invest $105Mil USD (does not specify %) on completion of HEC milestone (expected mid - 23). Lower the share price bigger their stake? - Thoughts?
