r.p its on pg.2 of trading halt announcement "institutional placement of shares". Well this is a rare event for CRK, looks like BGF are doing there job in getting confidence in the product, will be interested to see if its over subscribed. My feel is it will be at 0.97 for around $3mill., I think a bit of dilution would be good for this stock, will allow it to trade a more fluidly.
