ASX listed lithium miners have far underperformed US lithium and it’s time they caught up. Fella giving the news tonight said this weeks ASX was its worst in 2 years and another analyst on CBNC this afternoon suggested although tonight’s CPI figures probably won’t be good but feels this is inflations peak in the US and will begin its decline albeit slowly. The way I’m thinking is there has been a fair bit of money made prior to the last couple of months fade out so selling pressure has been magnified recently by investors cashing in their losing tickets to soften their CGT bill. I’m calling for a sustained bounce that could begin as early as next week but at the latest within a couple of weeks as it’s just a matter of the big end calling the bottom signalling for the game of grab to commence while the SP’s are at bargain basement prices.
