Yep - those digital currencies never made much sense to me. It does look like bitcoin will be around still though. The US fed will raise as you say 50 basis points and so to will NZ reserve bank next time. Though from what I have seen, inflation will come down next year or so , but then there will be other issues particularly in the USA. All could be positive for gold.
