There is nothing in the United States Constitution about Indian law. You are citing secondary sources that are confused about early Supreme Court decisions that, if anything, traced back to British law from colonial days. You can keep claiming there is something in the Constitution, but that won't make it appear. If you are interested in the current state of Indian law, read what the American Bar Association has to say about it:

"Modern federal Indian law has given space for Indian nations to exercise self-governance and to preserve tribal lands, economies, and cultures. But for too long before the modern era, the Supreme Court ratified the mass dispossession of Indian lands, exploitation of Indian resources by outsiders, and attacks on tribal cultures, governments, and economies."
