That's right. In addition, SLIs Smackover Formation brines in Arkansas are very similar in cation composition to ASNs Paradox and Mississippian Formation brines, indicating similar hydrogeological genesis processes. The Smackover is a dolomitic limestone aquifer, just like the Mississippian.

Both SLIs and ASNs brines come from depth, under pressure and at temperatures that are advantageous to DLE processes. Both contain world class bromine concentrations. SLIs DLE is an in-series bolt on process to decades-old bromine processing facilities.

SLIs Smackover project is as close an analogue as you can possibly get to ASNs Paradox project. The main difference being that ASN are harvesting both the lithium and bromine while SLI only get lithium from tail brine following the bromine extraction.

Furthermore, Worley, who are doing ASNs DFS, completed the feasibility assessments for SLI. And Tetra, who ASN will be partnering with for the bromine stream, are also involved in the Smackover bromine projects.
