Thanks, for reposting the report. I had already read this previous but it was a good thing you did as I brushed over it again and picked up the updated NPV NdPr pricing which I had misread and only used the lower estimate. It remains my largest concern over the timeline and funding requirements though, even despite the CR reassurances. The opportunity cost on this project could also be pretty drastic considering where the market is today. It is a long time to wait and a lot can happen. I can never understand why some people on this platform get so aggressive if you take a cautious approach and view, it’s as if insulting their religion. I’m invested all the same.
