I track the junk bond chart which is very good at predicting credit crisis. The weekly line chart has just breakdown and likely to crash foreshadowing the possibility of another credit crisis. The likelihood of another credit crisis is high based on rising interest rate; rising inflation;
central bank tapering and high consumer credit. The reserve bank can say all they like about tightening money supply and increasing interest rate to fight inflation but the chart is saying their action will be cut short.
