i cant see how they can make much selling to limited number of Japanese restaurants when most will only eat seafood, not freshwater fish which is perceived to have muddy taste and too many parasites.
I can't see them.making a profit yet if it true they have 72 staff to pay includes drivers delivering the produce.
Will just need to see how it goes over next 2-3 years.
