Perhaps that excuse of a metallurgist who never goes to site, never goes to Perth and who works from home and goes out posting about nice red wines, should get off his cushion and go to site and sort the processing out so that it stays clean, maintains effective recovery consistently and maybe stop warbling on about things that might increase productivity slightly at the cost of disrupting an already working plan because this is a way that one can get academic recognition and build their profile so they can move to a bigger job at another company, at the cost of the current employer,
