I suspect you may be confusing a few things.

LKO, should we make it to production, will producing Natural Gas, aka Methane, aka CH4. Thereis a possibility there might be some "associated liquid hydrocarbons", but even if we do, it will make little difference to the petrol supply situation.

It is also worth bearing in mind that despite a relatively large number of oil refineries, Australia has rarely produced more than 50% or so of the crude oil required to refine into fuels: petrol, diesel, kerosene (avgas/jet A1) etc.

LKO being able to drill and produce will basically have zero impact on the liquid fuel supply.

Even if Australi still had s the refineries you mention, the country would still have to import the majority of crude required to operate them.
