Your post was specifically stating that I had said certain things, which I have not. This is very clearly what you said incorrectly, it was clearly explained and you imnstead, as usual run around like a dog with a stick saying look at me look at me when you cant answer. Your statement is an outright lie and has misrepresented intentionally what I an d others have said.

You are focusing on trying to make discourse that reaches at straws and avoid the actual point being challenged to you as usual.

The company was paying regular dividends, and proceeding solidly albeit more slow than others, but at the benefit of a smaller shareholder base, higher dividends and more regular dividends. I think the majority were satisfied with this until AU Mining showed up and appeared to display greedy behaviour in the fashion of the wooden horse of troy.

The wife sold shares at a 4 x profit and then bought back in to the capital raise and 3 x less? And you think thats normal and doesn't warrant a new and further investigation into the related parties around AU Mining and further the discourse around the way 10.11.3 was dealt with?

We need people with rocks in a crusher, not rocks in their heads.

You are no doubt spuriously cutting and pasting to form a non relevant discourse tomorrow. As I said, put your words on the line and wrote to Hancock and ask the questions as suggested. Post the reply here. Then some of us might take you more seriously and not think of you as the master of cut and paste.

Honestly I think you are losing the plot, you are claiming MRC should pay for all of its expansion and grid power connection out of the companies revenues and pay the same dividend to shareholders, you cannot have both. If you pay a dividend you will need to raise the funds to pay for the expansion. raising equity only dilutes shareholders where the future dividends will be less. It's dumb thinking.

    AU mining-
I don't know much about GE, What I have seen is he is willing to put his hands in his pockets when needed, On the other hand, we had the previous CEO who was selling during the capital raising period. The end result of this action diluted retail shareholders and increased AU mining's ownership.

The only person who benefited by the selling during the Capital raising was the one person you despise in the share registry. Again your judgment is completely impaired.

If MRC paid a smaller dividend or no dividend and reduced its cash bonuses to its CEO, MRC could have funded its expansion where all shareholders would benefit from a higher SP and higher future dividends, IMO, the previous CEO's thoughts on paying dividends were short-sighted and you are all now paying the consequences of this short term vision.

Regarding the selling of shares by AU mining's ex-wife (Tormin), We have already been over this, it was nearly 6-7 months before the capital raising was called, Even the small amount she sold was insignificant to the investment she made in the capital raising. It was good of her to reinvest the previous dividends she had been paid back into the company when needed. Unlike other substantial shareholders.

Why do you continue to lie about this. is it just bitterness or are you unable to honestly discuss MRC?
