chand,what you say is technically correct.However,i will make two suggestions to you.
1. You have lived a very sheltered life
2. You have never actually worked in O&G or many other industries for that matter.
No one is suggesting corruption,but if you believe these people scramble for the Yellow Pages when work comes up
then you are the one having fantasies
