Well lets not get into Mookie V Cujo scenario here my friend but you dont know me, you dont know who I work for, and you certainly dont know what position I may or may not hold in the O and G arena so your ascertations are a litte irrelevant are they not?

Please re read my post with a more open commercial mind and you may realise that operators have a prequalification process whereby you submit necessary supporting documents as per the prequal then you are placed on a "bid list" I guess in your simplistic lay man's mind this would be the equivalent of a "yellow pages" in the market place we are referring to.
