I think it is a developing situation on the ANZ stake. I am sure in the fullness of time, the courts will settle the issue.

I think the 'issue' with the stake is that if they are forced to sell, it will crush the share price, or secondly they might sell to a larger predatator.

If you check back through the threads last year, I think I tried to put togetgher some summaries of the stakes held.
