Institutional noteholders who particpated in the original redeemable notes issue, and then subsequently swapped out of these for 25 cents cash and 1 new shares, they are the source of the selling.

Many of these owners have long since closed down their Australian investments and will use any rally in the markets to sell out entirely.

I suspect this selling has some way to go yet.
