Following the broker's recent commodities review, it has adjusted its earnings expectations. This leads to an increase to FY10 forecasts of 19%, but an 11.6% decrease to FY11 forecasts.
The broker continues to see further upside to current spot HRC prices based on announced Chinese and US HRC price increases and it thus retains its Buy recommendation, especially given it believes there could be 43% upside to the current share price based on its mid-cycle valuation.
